Professor Carlos Ribeiro from Portugal Beja Polytechnic Institute on September 25-26 visited the Faculty of Agronomy of ASU.
For the 1st and 2nd cycle of Student’s were given lectures “New methods of using the Unicorns” and “Production and drying of medicinal and aromatic plants in Portugal“. During the lectures, the students were introduced about Beja Polytechnic Institute, it’s structure, the possibilities of exchange programs.
The guest was informed about the infrastructure of ASU, new laboratory equipment, science and study system.
During the discussion prof. Carlos Ribeiro and colleagues from Agricultural and Food Sciences, Environmental and Ecology and Hydrotechnical Construction Engineering Institutes shared their professional experience and study process improvement issues, found a number of common contact points on scientific issues. The possibilities of cooperation in the preparation of international scientific projects, interdisciplinary research were discussed.
